The Prince George Hotel gives a downtown Halifax wedding the feeling of being right in the middle of the city while still having a celebration that feels tucked away from it. Historic sites, the harbour and the Public romantic gardens are all close enough to become part of the photographs and the wider wedding weekend.

The hotel currently offers dedicated wedding venues, catering and planning support, with a team that can help couples move from the first ideas toward a finished reception. Guest rooms allow family and friends to stay on site, making the hotel a natural gathering point before and after the formal celebration.

There is something romantic about watching everyone you love converge on the same downtown hotel. People arrive from different places, disappear upstairs to get ready and then reappear transformed for the wedding.
