The Mill Restaurant & Golf Course

There is something wonderfully romantic about getting married somewhere that already has more than a century of stories behind it.

The Mill in Cobourg is housed inside historic Pratt's Mill, built in the 1830s beside Cobourg Creek and surrounded by a picturesque nine-hole golf course.

Couples can keep the entire celebration here, with ceremonies on the golf course or patio and several different spaces for the reception. Smaller weddings can settle into the dining room, pub or loft, while larger celebrations can take over the restaurant, patios and surrounding spaces.

After the vows, the wedding party can head onto the course by golf cart for photographs while everyone else begins cocktails.

For a little while, there is water, greenery and the person they have just married.

Then everyone comes back together.

Dinner begins inside the old mill. Speeches become laughter and eventually the historic building grows louder as the dance floor takes over.
