The Hayloft

The Hayloft feels like a piece of the prairie that wandered into the city and decided to stay.

The building was once a Safeway grocery store in Saskatoon, and it has since become a local landmark, dressed up with lighthearted nods to prairie buildings: a barn, a grain elevator and a grain bin, all gathered into one address.

It works two ways. As accommodation it sleeps up to six guests overnight, and as an event space it hosts social gatherings, company offsites and concerts, with an inquiry form on the site for couples who want to talk about something of their own.

For a couple who want a small celebration with real character, or a place for the wedding party to stay together, The Hayloft offers something in Saskatoon that no ballroom can copy.
