The Garden Banquet & Convention Centre is for the wedding where the guest list keeps growing because there is always one more person who simply has to be there.

In Brampton, this grand celebration space can welcome up to 600 seated guests, giving couples room for the enormous families, lifelong friends, traditions, performances and packed dance floor that make a big wedding feel so alive.

And the sense of occasion begins before anyone reaches the ballroom.

Guests arrive through the grand foyer, where a sweeping spiral staircase curves toward two private bridal suites above. Each has its own European-style balcony overlooking the ballroom, creating one of those wonderfully dramatic places for a first glimpse, a photograph or simply a quiet look at the room before everyone else fills it.

Then the doors open.

More than 9,000 square feet of ballroom space waits on the other side.

For the largest celebrations, it can become one sweeping room filled with tables, flowers and hundreds of people. For a smaller wedding, soundproof partitions can divide it into three separate spaces, allowing the room to feel full and intimate rather than simply enormous.

Outside, landscaped gardens filled with trees, shrubs and flowers give couples somewhere to step away from the celebration for photographs and a few quieter moments together.

Then everyone gathers again.

Dinner arrives from the venue's culinary team.

The speeches begin.

Families laugh at stories they have heard a hundred times and cry at the ones they have not.

Eventually the formal part of the evening gives way to what a ballroom this size was really waiting for.
