The Farmstead Weddings & Events

The Farmstead gives a Pembroke-area wedding the romance of an old Ontario homestead surrounded by gardens, rustic outbuildings and peaceful countryside. The property in Laurentian Valley has roots reaching back to 1863, with its original limestone farmhouse bringing history and character to six acres of greenery.

The converted Stable Barn creates an intimate home for dinner and reception, while an attached patio and tent allow the celebration to stretch into the outdoors. Gardens and country scenery provide beautiful places for photographs, and the venue continues to host weddings with future dates actively being booked.

There is something enchanting about getting married somewhere that has been a home for generations. Old limestone, garden paths and barns give the day a sense of history, but the flowers, dresses and laughter make it feel entirely new.

Then the countryside turns soft in the evening light, the Stable Barn begins to glow and another family story becomes part of the land.
