Hidden away in the Nova Scotia countryside, The Estate @ 1340 gives couples something wonderfully rare: an entire estate for the whole wedding weekend.

From Friday through Sunday, the property becomes your own place to gather, celebrate and spend time with the people who matter most.

Exchange vows in the terraced gardens beneath mature trees and a custom arbor, then move into the reclaimed Party Barn for dinner and dancing. Larger celebrations can spill into tented spaces across the grounds.

There is accommodation on the estate too, allowing some of your closest people to stay right where everything is happening.

With gardens, wooded corners, a pond and rustic buildings across 6.8 private acres, there are beautiful places for photographs in every direction.

It feels less like renting a room for a wedding and more like borrowing a little piece of Nova Scotia for the weekend.
