The Carlu gives a Toronto wedding the extraordinary glamour of stepping directly into the elegance of 1930. Originally opened as Eaton's Seventh Floor and designed by French architect Jacques Carlu, the restored Art Moderne landmark is now a National Historic Site and one of the city's most distinctive celebration spaces.

Four rooms offer completely different moods, from the skylit Sky Room to the iconic Round Room with its Lalique fountain and the grand Concert Hall. Couples can host intimate gatherings or celebrations on a spectacular scale without losing the architectural character that makes the venue unforgettable.

There is something breathtaking about walking into The Carlu in wedding clothes. Curves, stone, light and historic details make every entrance feel cinematic, as though the room has been waiting decades for this particular party.

Then cocktails gather around the fountain, dinner begins and the old seventh floor returns to life with music and dancing. Toronto history becomes the backdrop to a brand-new love story.
