Terra Nova Resort & Golf Community turns a wedding into a true Newfoundland destination without asking guests to leave the province. Its 220-acre oceanfront property at Clode Sound, Bonavista Bay brings together water, forest, golf, accommodation and event spaces in one beautifully secluded setting.

The resort currently offers both indoor and outdoor weddings for celebrations of up to 200 people, with event planning and management support, customized menus and tent options available. Eighty-five guest rooms, suites and chalets allow family and friends to stay close to the celebration rather than making the wedding a quick trip in and out.

The landscape does much of the storytelling on its own. Salmon rivers, spruce forest and Bonavista Bay surround the property, giving photographs and quieter moments a sense of place that could only belong to Newfoundland.

Then everyone comes back together for dinner. The destination feeling remains, but the celebration becomes intimate again: favourite people around tables, music beginning and an entire resort weekend slowly turning into one family memory, leaving the kind of warm, romantic memory that feels almost storybook long after the last dance.
