Salt & Fir Centre

Salt & Fir Centre gives a New Brunswick wedding the feeling of gathering at the edge of something much bigger. Set within Fundy National Park and overlooking the Fundy Golf Course, the centre places couples in one of the province's most recognizable natural landscapes.

The venue is specifically available for weddings and private functions, with space for roughly 120 to 150 people. Chairs, tables, a projector and a multifunctional sound system are already part of the rental, giving couples a practical foundation while leaving the room open to their own flowers, colours and details.

But the real romance begins outside the room. Guests have travelled into Fundy National Park, where forest, coast and changing Bay of Fundy weather make the entire celebration feel like a destination.

It is easy to imagine everyone arriving through the park, gathering for a day that feels wonderfully removed from ordinary life and then settling into dinner as the landscape outside grows quieter. The wedding has a venue, certainly, but it also has an entire national park around it, leaving the kind of warm, romantic memory that feels almost storybook long after the last dance.
