Right on the banks of the Grand River in downtown Paris, River's Edge gives couples a wedding where the water is never far from view.

Inside, exposed brick and soft industrial details create a warm, romantic setting for up to 150 guests. Step onto the balcony and the river runs below you, with the stone buildings and small-town streets of Paris surrounding the celebration.

The venue makes it possible to keep the day wonderfully simple too. All-inclusive packages can bring together the decorated space, dinner, bar, wedding cake, late-night food and coordination, leaving far fewer pieces for you to chase separately.

Smaller celebrations are welcome as well, with options designed for elopements and intimate dinner parties.

Across the way, the Arlington Hotel gives the couple and their guests somewhere to stay once the last song is over.
