Queenston Chapel gives a Niagara wedding the timeless romance of exchanging vows inside a tiny piece of history. Built in 1862 in the village of Queenston, the chapel is filled with graceful curved oak pews and Gothic-style stained glass, creating a ceremony setting that feels intimate, meaningful and beautifully removed from the ordinary.

The chapel welcomes ceremonies of up to 100 guests and is available year-round. Its location beside the restored Laura Secord Homestead also places couples close to the historic landscapes of Queenston, with Queenston Heights Restaurant nearby for couples who want to continue the celebration within Niagara Parks.

There is something breathtaking about hearing wedding music begin inside a chapel that has stood for generations. Coloured light filters through stained glass, the old pews fill with everyone the couple loves and the walk down the aisle feels wonderfully timeless.

Then the chapel doors open and Niagara is waiting outside. A quiet historic ceremony becomes the first beautiful scene in a day filled with photographs, celebration and a brand-new story.
