How much does it cost?
Every event is different, so we don't publish fixed pricing. After a short consultation, we build a custom quote based on your venue and the specific mix of services you need. This lets us price accurately instead of padding a generic package.
Do you only work in Toronto?
We're Toronto-based and that's where the majority of our events happen, but our entertainment services are available internationally. Reach out with your location and we'll let you know what's possible.
What's actually included when I book PYRE?
It depends what you book. Entertainment, AV and production, venue sourcing, and event management and logistics are all run by our in-house team. Catering, photography, decor, and design and print are coordinated through our partner network, but you deal with one point of contact.
Can you work with vendors we've already booked?
Yes. We regularly coordinate with existing planners, venues and vendors, and can slot in for just the pieces you need while working around a team you've already assembled.
What's your minimum and maximum event size?
We're comfortable at any scale: small, intimate gatherings and large-scale institutional productions alike. Our sweet spot is small-to-medium scale production; for very large-scale builds requiring structural engineering, we bring in specialised partners while remaining your main point of contact.
Do you provide uplighting and dance floor lighting, or just a DJ?
Full lighting and AV production, not just a DJ booth: uplighting, dance floor lighting and sound design are all part of what we build for your reception, alongside DJ and MC services.
