At Providence Farm, a wedding begins beneath Mount Tzouhalem on land that seems to ask everyone to slow down.

The historic 400-acre property sits in the Cowichan Valley only a short drive from Duncan, yet the forest, farmland and mountain scenery make it feel wonderfully removed from everyday life.

Providence Farm welcomes weddings and offers a variety of rental spaces across the property, allowing couples to shape the celebration around the kind of gathering they have in mind.

But the landscape is what gives the day its character.

This is not a decorative farm created for events. It is a longstanding working community property with open grounds, historic buildings and forested surroundings that already carry a sense of place.
