Plaza Universel gives a Montréal wedding the grand flexibility of a hotel celebration designed to welcome both intimate gatherings and large family receptions. The venue continues to host weddings in thirteen event and conference rooms with approximately 16,000 square feet of combined space.

Its rooms can be transformed around the couple's own style, making space for elaborate florals, cultural traditions, formal dining and a lively dance floor. The location near downtown also keeps Montréal close without placing the celebration directly in its busiest streets.

There is something wonderfully romantic about seeing a large reception room before anyone arrives. Every table is waiting, flowers rise through the room and months of planning suddenly exist in front of you.

Then the guests pour in and the scale becomes part of the magic. Family, music and traditions fill the space until it feels completely personal.
