Pie Eyed Monk is what happens when a building from 1868 gets another life and decides to spend it throwing very good parties.

In the heart of downtown Lindsay, this remarkable historic property has been restored without polishing away everything that made it interesting in the first place. Old brick and architectural character now sit alongside a brewery, restaurant and dedicated event spaces, creating a wedding venue that feels historic without becoming formal.

Upstairs, the C. L. Baker Room is where larger celebrations come together.

Up to 120 guests can gather here, surrounded by whitewashed brick, live-edge details and enormous south- and west-facing windows that pull natural light across the room.

There is a full bar built directly into the space, along with modern sound and lighting, meaning the room can move naturally from dinner into the part of the night when nobody particularly wants to remain seated.

For tiny celebrations, Loft 1902 offers something entirely different.

With space for up to 24 seated guests, it creates the kind of wedding dinner where everyone can genuinely sit together, hear every story and feel part of one intimate gathering.

Food is not an afterthought here either.

Pie Eyed Monk has its own culinary team, capable of creating everything from intimate cocktail-style gatherings to larger multi-course celebrations, while Lindsay Brewing Company brings the property's own craft beer directly into the experience.

That gives a wedding here a sense of place.
