Painter's Lodge

Painter's Lodge has been drawing people toward the water for more than a century.

Founded in the 1920s on Campbell River Spit, the lodge grew from rustic cabins into one of Vancouver Island's best-known waterfront retreats, surrounded by ocean views and the landscape of Discovery Passage. Today, its event spaces actively welcome waterfront weddings and other celebrations.

There is history here, but it does not feel formal.
