Oakview Terrace Reception Centre

Hidden among the countryside of Richmond Hill, Oakview Terrace feels surprisingly far removed from the city just beyond it.

Gardens, mature trees and a heart-shaped lake surround the property, giving couples plenty of beautiful places to say their vows and wander away for photographs.

At the centre of the grounds is something especially lovely: two ancient trees that have grown intertwined over generations, known here as the Eternity Oak. It has become a romantic little tradition for couples celebrating on the property.

Inside, the reception room welcomes roughly 50 to 200 guests beneath a cathedral ceiling, with chandeliers, a fireplace and large windows looking back toward the gardens.

There is also a chapel on the property, allowing the ceremony and reception to happen in one place.

For couples who want greenery and old trees around them without leaving Richmond Hill, Oakview Terrace is a little pocket of country romance hiding remarkably close to home.
