Multicultural Centre

The Multicultural Centre gives a Lethbridge wedding the freedom to feel exactly like the families and traditions coming together inside it.

Operated by the Southern Alberta Ethnic Association, the venue specifically hosts weddings and offers three ballroom configurations for different guest lists.

The Multicultural Ballroom welcomes around 80 guests.

The Diversity Ballroom accommodates around 120.

And when the two are combined, the Multicultural Diversity Ballroom can host approximately 200.

That flexibility matters for weddings where family, food and tradition are part of the heart of the celebration.

The room can be arranged around the ceremony.

Then it can shift toward dinner.

And by evening, music and dancing can take over.

An event coordinator works with couples on the setup, helping the practical details fall into place around the day they actually want.

Then the tables fill.

Dinner becomes speeches.

Traditions unfold.

And a community centre created to bring cultures together becomes a particularly fitting place for two families to do the same.
