There is a moment after a wedding ceremony when the couple finally gets to stop walking toward something.

At Mitchell Golf Club, that moment can happen out on the course surrounded by greenery.

Couples can exchange vows outdoors near the fourth hole beneath a handcrafted wooden arbour before moving into the clubhouse for the reception. The banquet hall can welcome celebrations of up to approximately 200 guests, with natural light, hardwood flooring and a dedicated space for the wedding party to get ready.

After the ceremony, guests begin cocktails while the newlyweds stay outside for photographs.

For the first time all day, there is nowhere they need to walk next.

No aisle.

No entrance.

Just a few quiet minutes together.

Then everyone gathers again.

Dinner begins.

Speeches become laughter.

The daylight fades across the course and eventually the banquet hall becomes the centre of everything.
