This National Historic Site is also a museum, contemporary ceramics centre, art gallery and community hub, so the atmosphere feels wonderfully different from a conventional ballroom. Old industry, restored architecture and modern artistry meet in one remarkable place, surrounding the day with texture, character and a genuine sense of story.

The Reception Gallery measures 50 by 100 feet and can welcome up to 200 seated guests. Tables, chairs, a draped stage and PA system are included with set-up and tear-down, and couples may arrange their own catering and bar services. Wireless internet is available, while museum tours, wedding photo sessions, audio-visual equipment and one-of-a-kind custom dinnerware can be discussed as additional options. Medalta also guarantees wedding set-up during a designated period the day before, giving the room time to become yours before guests arrive.
