The estate sits on the 4e Rang Sud in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, and its heart is a weathered barn with a country look, the kind of room that needs very little dressing up. It seats around 50 guests comfortably and holds up to 70, with tables, chairs and a simple sound system included. Two renovated washrooms, a stove and a large refrigerator for keeping a buffet hot or cold take care of the practical side, and couples are free to decorate to their own theme.

Outside, two fields hold 1,000 and 1,500 mature blueberry plants, opened for picking in July and August, along with a picnic area. In the cooler months a seasonal fire pit gives the evening somewhere to drift, and the hall itself is available in every season.

The Valencia-Landry family, both trained restaurateurs, are bringing the old domaine back to life, and the venue welcomes small weddings alongside showers and gatherings. Visits happen Thursday to Sunday by appointment.
