Lazzurra Ballroom in Woodbridge has been hosting celebrations for more than 30 years and now welcomes weddings in a newly renovated space filled with chandeliers, modern finishes and enough flexibility to shape the room around each couple.

The ballroom can host celebrations of approximately 300 guests, with layouts that can make room for the ceremony, dinner, entertainment and the dance floor everyone eventually ends up on.

Lazzurra also regularly welcomes cultural and religious celebrations, including nikkahs, mehndis and other family traditions. Catering can be shaped around different tastes and requirements, including halal and kosher options.

That matters because weddings are rarely just about two people.

They are families.

Traditions.

Food people recognize from home.

Songs that bring half the room onto the dance floor before the first chorus has finished.

By later in the evening, the chandeliers are still shining but almost nothing else looks as perfect as it did at the beginning.
