Between Brantford and Ancaster, Langford Schoolhouse offers couples the charm of a country wedding in a beautifully preserved piece of local history.

The old one-room schoolhouse is bright and welcoming, with original wood floors and high tin ceilings giving the space character that does not need much added to feel special.

With room for approximately 50 to 60 guests, it is best suited to intimate weddings where everyone in the room is someone you truly know. Tables and chairs are available, along with a kitchen, while the surrounding acre of grounds gives guests room to step outside and couples somewhere green for photographs.

There is something wonderfully nostalgic about gathering your favourite people inside an old country schoolhouse to celebrate one of life's biggest days.
