Some weddings feel more intimate simply because the rest of the world seems very far away.

Kings Woods Lodge & Hall sits within a private 55-acre woodland property near Kingsville, surrounded by forest, open lawns and the quiet of Ontario wine country.

The Hall is designed for intimate weddings of up to approximately 80 guests, with cathedral ceilings, large windows and broad forest views bringing the outdoors into the celebration. A patio strung with lights gives everyone somewhere to wander as evening settles into the trees.

The vows happen.

Then everyone begins celebrating while the newlyweds slip away along the property for photographs.

The Lodge adds another layer to the weekend, giving some of the people closest to the couple somewhere to stay and spend more time together before and after the wedding.

Later, dinner fills the Hall.
