Jardin Moore feels made for couples who would rather be surrounded by flowers than chandeliers.

Tucked beside the Rivière Mascouche, the garden brings together mature trees, perennial plantings, sculptures, paths and the quiet beauty of a place created to live in harmony with nature.

The story begins with William Dyson Moore, whose former home has been transformed into the garden's pavilion. Inside it, the Dora-Casement room can welcome up to 50 seated guests or 60 standing, with large windows looking over the greenery.

An adjoining covered terrace overlooks both the garden and the river, giving smaller gatherings another place to spill outside while still feeling connected to the celebration indoors.

Couples can also bring in the caterer of their choice, with a kitchen available for use.

But the real heart of the wedding is outside.

Paths wander through the property. Flowers change with the season. Trees create little pockets of shade. It is easy to imagine disappearing into the garden for photographs while everyone you love gathers only a few steps away.

Jardin Moore also deliberately protects the peaceful character of the space, which makes it especially suited to a wedding that feels intimate rather than enormous.
