Hollowbrook Highlands feels like a country love story built around an 1863 Century Barn, rolling meadows and the kind of peaceful farm scenery that makes a wedding feel wonderfully removed from everyday life. The 70-acre Pontypool property includes a stream-fed pond, gardens, wooded trails and a restored barn crowned by its distinctive tiled silo.

The barn welcomes celebrations of up to 140 guests, with harvest tables, antique wooden chairs, chandeliers and a timber-framed terrace adding warmth inside. Ceremonies can take place beneath a greenery-wrapped arch overlooking the pond and fields, while the Country Cottage gives the wedding party a private place to prepare.

There is something enchanting about walking toward your vows while rolling fields disappear into the distance. The pond is still, the old barn waits behind you and the whole farm seems to soften around the ceremony.
