Heritage Hall

Heritage Hall gives couples something increasingly rare in Vancouver: a beautiful historic room that can still become entirely their own. The Mount Pleasant landmark opened in 1916, and its 3,300-square-foot ballroom now hosts weddings beneath high ceilings, large windows and stained-glass chandeliers.

The hall provides tables and chairs for 150 guests and can accommodate up to 200 for a standing event. Couples are free to choose their own caterer and run their own bar, while the well-equipped kitchen, optional stage and screen support the practical side of the celebration.

That flexibility makes the room a true blank canvas. Flowers, linens, lighting and cultural details can change its personality completely, but the architecture always remains quietly present underneath. Setup and takedown of the hall's tables and chairs are included.

There is something wonderfully romantic about giving an old building a new memory. For one night, the historic ballroom becomes somebody's wedding room: music under the chandeliers, speeches echoing through the high ceiling and a dance floor filled inside a Vancouver landmark that has been gathering people for more than a century.
