Grand Maple Event Centre

Grand Maple Event Centre gives a Trent Hills wedding the breathtaking romance of a nineteenth-century church transformed into an elegant celebration space. Built in 1858 and carefully restored, the former Presbyterian church retains its stained glass, craftsmanship and historic details while welcoming modern weddings in the waterfront village of Hastings.

The adaptable interior allows couples to shape both ceremony and reception around their own style, while the Trent River and charming village streets provide additional scenery for photographs beyond the doors.

There is something wonderfully romantic about walking into an old church where polished wood and stained glass have watched over generations. Wedding flowers bring a new softness to the historic room, while the architecture makes even the quietest ceremony feel momentous.

Then the doors open onto Hastings, congratulations spill into the village and the old church begins its second act. By evening it is no longer a historic building, but a warm celebration filled with dinner, music and love.
