Glendale Golf & Country Club gives couples one of those Edmonton wedding settings where the scenery seems to soften everything around it.

Set along Horseshoe Lake in northwest Edmonton, the clubhouse looks across the water and golf course through floor-to-ceiling windows. That means the landscape stays part of the celebration even after everyone has moved indoors, bringing natural light into the room during the day and a quieter, more romantic atmosphere as evening arrives.

The club has flexible event spaces for gatherings from just a handful of people to celebrations of up to 250 guests. For something intimate, couples can choose a room that keeps everyone close and connected. For a fuller wedding, the North Lounge can seat up to 160 and opens directly onto a second-storey deck overlooking the course.

That deck is a lovely place for cocktails, fresh air and those little conversations that happen between the formal moments of the day. Inside, the views and neutral banquet setting leave plenty of room for florals, candlelight and personal details to shape the atmosphere.

Glendale also has an experienced events team and a broad culinary program to support the celebration.
