At the Gardens on Anderton, a wedding can unfold one garden path at a time.

The Comox property is filled with flower beds, a lily-covered pond, a trickling stream, orchard trees, a labyrinth, vines and wide lawns, creating the kind of setting where guests naturally slow down and look around.

Couples have several ceremony areas to choose from. The tents and lawn can host larger gatherings, the courtyard offers a more intimate circular setting, and a secluded space beneath the grape arbour suits a very small ceremony surrounded by flowers.

The gardens can welcome ceremonies of up to about 75 people, with tables and chairs provided and outside catering welcome.

But numbers are not really what makes this place special.
