There is a lovely moment after the ceremony when the nervousness finally disappears.

The vows have been said.

And suddenly the two people who spent the entire morning waiting for that moment can finally look around and enjoy where they are.

At FireRock Golf Club in Komoka, that view stretches across one of southwestern Ontario's most distinctive golf landscapes.

The course moves through natural grasses, mature trees and the Oxbow River valley, creating a setting that feels less manicured than many traditional golf venues and a little more connected to the landscape around it.

Couples can hold both their ceremony and reception at the Club, with wedding celebrations of approximately 100 to 250 guests. Inside, the banquet hall is lined with floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing the course to remain visible even after everyone has come indoors.
