Hidden among 68 acres of parkland in London, Elsie Perrin Williams Estate offers the romance of a private country house without ever leaving the city.

For your wedding, the estate becomes yours. Couples receive exclusive use of the house and grounds, allowing the ceremony, photographs and reception to unfold without another event sharing the property.

Vows can be exchanged beside the gazebo, out on the lawn or inside the Great Hall. Afterwards, wander through the grounds together before gathering everyone back at the house for dinner and celebrating.

Inside, the wedding feels wonderfully intimate, with room for around 68 guests for a seated dinner or up to 120 for a cocktail-style reception. Larger celebrations can move beneath a tent on the expansive grounds, with seating for up to 150.

There are even separate spaces upstairs for getting ready, including a bridal suite with original furnishings and a private dressing room, while another apartment and staircase allow both sides of the wedding party to prepare without crossing paths before the ceremony.

Elegant, peaceful and full of early twentieth-century character, Elsie Perrin Williams Estate feels less like renting a venue and more like having a beautiful historic home and its gardens entirely to yourselves for the day.
