Dundee Resort lets a Cape Breton wedding settle into 550 acres overlooking the Bras d'Or Lake. Ceremony spaces, reception rooms, accommodation and dining all sit within the same resort, allowing couples to build an entire wedding weekend without constantly moving the people they love from place to place.

The resort can host celebrations of up to 250 guests and offers several ceremony locations, in-house catering, licensed beverage service and a dedicated event coordinator. Golf, hiking trails and indoor and outdoor pools give guests something to enjoy around the wedding itself.

But the serene lake is the part that gives Dundee its romance. The celebration unfolds against open space and water, with Cape Breton scenery turning photographs, cocktails and quiet pauses into part of the destination.

By evening, everyone is already exactly where they need to be.
