Set right on the edge of Georgian Bay, the Charles W. Stockey Centre gives couples one of those wedding backdrops that hardly needs decorating.

Built with natural stone and wood, the venue feels beautifully connected to the landscape around it. Inside, the Performance Hall rises beneath cathedral ceilings and granite walls, with space for approximately 200 guests to gather for dinner and celebrating.

Outside is where this venue becomes especially romantic. The bayside patio overlooks the waters of Parry Sound and can become the setting for your ceremony, cocktails and those first few moments together after saying “I do.” Time it right and Georgian Bay may even provide the sunset.

The Prelude Room also looks across the water, while a walking trail beside the venue gives couples another beautiful place to slip away for photographs.

With the ceremony and reception able to happen in one place, guests can settle in and enjoy the evening while the scenery changes around them.
