Carriage House Farm

Carriage House Farm has the kind of landscape that already feels full of stories. The Fort Langley property combines a heritage home with rows of blueberries, old-growth trees, romantic gardens, a horse pasture and the Salmon River, giving a wedding the softness of a country estate without trying to polish away everything that makes the land feel real.

Roughly four acres of green space around the heritage home are dedicated to the event setting, and weddings of up to 150 people can be accommodated. Towering maple, oak, willow, cherry, pine and other towering mature trees create changing pockets of shade and colour through the seasons. The farm does not supply tents, tables or chairs, leaving couples free to bring in the vendors and design that fit their own vision.

A private getting-ready suite adds a calm place before the ceremony, with its own entrance, kitchenette and bathroom. On-site parking and accessible washroom facilities help support the practical side of the day while the picturesque grounds provide plenty of room for photographs and outdoor celebration.

There is a lovely old-fashioned romance here. The aisle can lead through grass beneath trees that have stood for generations, the gently moving river can sit quietly beyond the celebration, and the heritage house remains in the background like a reminder that beautiful things are often built slowly and cared for over time, leaving the kind of warm, romantic memory that feels almost storybook long after the last dance.
