The hotel is directly inside Calgary International Airport, so travelling family can arrive, collect their bags and settle into the same building where the wedding events can take place. It is an unusually easy setup for a celebration bringing people together from across Canada or farther away.

The hotel offers 18,000 square feet of event space across 12 venues. At the centre of larger weddings is the Chinook Ballroom, which can accommodate up to 350 guests. That gives couples room for a substantial reception while keeping accommodation only an elevator ride away.

Marriott's wedding planners can help coordinate the details, and the culinary team creates menus in house, allowing the celebration to move naturally from cocktails into dinner and dancing without bringing in separate food service.
