Bel Acres Golf & Country Club gives couples a country wedding only minutes beyond Winnipeg's North Perimeter. Across its 160-acre property, woodland trails, flowers and golf-course scenery create the feeling of leaving the city behind without asking guests to travel far.

The wedding experience is intentionally connected from one part of the day to the next. Couples have access to spaces including the Meadow Ceremony Site, Bel Room, Dining Room, Patio and a dedicated Bridal Cottage. The clubhouse's upper floor has also been renovated, giving the reception a modern indoor setting after the ceremony and photographs outside.

A wedding and event coordinator works with couples on the details, and the venue's current wedding program includes menu planning and preferred-vendor support.

The beauty of Bel Acres is how easily the day can flow. Getting ready has its own little cottage, vows happen among the picturesque grounds, portraits can wander into the back nine and then everyone gathers indoors for dinner. Nothing feels hurried from one location to another.

The property simply carries the wedding forward, leaving the kind of warm, romantic memory that feels almost storybook long after the last dance.
