Ukrainian Banquet Hall

Some of the best wedding receptions are the ones couples shape entirely themselves: their own caterer, their own bar, their own music and a room big enough for everyone. The Ukrainian Banquet and Convention Hall offers that freedom in Ottawa's west end.

The hall is located in Ottawa, west of Westboro and north of Carlingwood, just minutes from the Ottawa River Parkway and the Queensway.

The 5,000-square-foot hall is spread across two levels and can accommodate up to approximately 350 guests with customized seating plans. Sample layouts range from around 120 guests to a full room of 350.

Guests arrive at street level into an entrance foyer and cloakroom that flow into a light-filled, air-conditioned hall.

A stage, sound and lighting systems and audio-visual equipment are in place for speeches, music and entertainment.

The commercial kitchen, with stainless steel work surfaces, gas stove and ovens, a fridge and a freezer, allows couples to bring in their own caterer. A separate bar area with a sink and fridges lets couples run their own refreshments.

Round and rectangular tables and chairs are set up according to the couple's requirements. There is parking on site for about 40 cars, with street parking nearby.
