The Waterfront Event & Conference Centre

A wedding at The Waterfront Event & Conference Centre puts the harbour right beside the couple, with sailboats bobbing nearby as they say their vows by the water.

The centre sits directly on Hamilton Harbour on Bay Street North, with more than 20 years of experience hosting celebrations and ample free parking.

Ceremonies can take place outdoors by the water, and an indoor ceremony space is always set up as a backup in case the weather changes. The Harbourview Room also serves as an indoor setting.

Receptions are held in the Waterview Room, the largest function room, with floor-to-ceiling windows looking out over the pier and the harbour. It holds up to 220 guests with room for a dance floor, and its neutral décor suits any colour scheme.

The kitchen works with local farmers through a 100 km produce program, and several wedding packages are offered with upgrades and add-ons. An in-house DJ, décor specialists and event planners help bring the day together.
