The Granite Brewery & Tied House

At The Granite Brewery, a wedding can begin with vows in a private courtyard and carry on over candlelit tables and beer brewed just steps away.

This family-run, independent craft brewery and brewpub has been part of midtown Toronto since 1991, and that long history gives the evening a warm, neighbourly feel that a hotel ballroom rarely matches.

The private courtyard comes with every wedding package, so couples can hold their ceremony outdoors and let guests linger there over cocktails afterward. A partially covered patio means the open air is never far away.

Inside, the Private Dining Room seats from 80 to 110 guests. White linens, candles, a full sound system and a dance floor are all part of the package, ready for dinner, toasts and dancing.

Dinner can be a buffet or a four-course meal, with menus shaped around dietary needs. Between 12 and 15 of the brewery's own beers are on tap at any time, alongside a four-hour open bar and wine with dinner.
