The main floor offers 1,800 square feet and holds around 100 to 150 guests for dinner and dancing. The second floor, at 1,400 square feet, suits around 80 to 120. Both floors are soundproofed.

Rentals include a bar, kitchen, sound system, tables, chairs, parking and a dance floor. Dimmable and stage lighting with customizable colours sets the mood as the evening moves from dinner to dancing.

The main floor kitchen is set up for caterers to keep food warm or cool and prepare light meals, so couples can bring in the caterer of their choice. Bartending and liquor licensing are arranged by the renter.
