Stoco Lake Lodge

At Stoco Lake Lodge, couples can be married beneath mature shade trees or on a sandy beach, with the waters of Stoco Lake stretching out behind them.

This lakeside lodge in Tweed has a rustic feel and a private beach, and it welcomes weddings from across the Tweed, Madoc and Belleville area.

There are three ceremony locations on the property, including spots right by the lake, so the vows can be framed by water and trees.

Receptions take place in a rustic, air conditioned hall of about 6,000 square feet that holds more than 300 guests. It has a full bar, a stage, and its own audio and lighting system. Linens, chair covers, tableware, stemware and ceremony chairs are all included, so there is little to rent.

Catering is handled in house, and Oakley's Lakeside Pub on site is ready for a casual gathering by the water.

Guests can stay over in hotel rooms, off grid glamping cabins set right on the shoreline, campsites or RV spaces. A bridesmaids suite and a barber shop help everyone get ready, and the spa offers massages.

Between celebrations, guests can enjoy the lake, ATV rides and the motocross park.
