Ramada by Wyndham Ottawa on the Rideau sits on Prince of Wales Drive and describes itself as the only waterfront hotel in Ottawa, located directly on the river about 12 kilometres from Parliament Hill.

The hotel offers around 4,000 square feet of event space across three meeting rooms, accommodating up to approximately 150 guests for a conference or 120 for a banquet. Celebrations can range from an intimate family affair to a gathering of around 130 guests.

Indoor and outdoor venues include a private wrap-around patio overlooking the river, with gardens and century-old evergreens forming the backdrop.

Events are catered by One Plate, whose chefs design personalized menus, from plated dinners to buffets and food stations, with event managers coordinating the details through the day.

Guests can stay on site, where 57 rooms have private balconies facing the river. Breakfast, Wi-Fi and parking are free, and a free shuttle runs to the airport.

Between celebrations, friends and family can relax in the waterfront gardens, swim in the seasonal heated pool or rent a canoe or kayak from the hotel's dock.
