Pacific National Exhibition

Some celebrations call for room to breathe, with parkland, gardens and the North Shore mountains close by.

The Pacific National Exhibition, set in Hastings Park in Vancouver, offers meeting and banquet spaces for all kinds of special events, and weddings are among the occasions its team welcomes.

For ceremonies and receptions, the PNE highlights two wedding spaces in particular: Momiji Gardens and the Hastings Room.

Momiji Gardens can accommodate approximately 200 guests theatre-style, around 300 for a cocktail reception or about 150 for a banquet.

The Hastings Room offers around 3,600 square feet of clear floor space with an outdoor patio of about 1,000 square feet. Depending on the configuration, it can welcome approximately 175 to 200 guests for a banquet or around 200 for a cocktail reception.

For a larger celebration, the Pacific Room offers about 6,300 square feet with a built-in stage and can seat approximately 300 guests for a banquet.

The PNE's own catering team can look after the menu, with customizable options that accommodate most dietary needs, including vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free choices, and a focus on local, seasonal ingredients.

The sales team can place a hold on a room or arrange a tour of the grounds, so couples can see the spaces before deciding.
