Musée d'art de Joliette

At the Musée d'art de Joliette, a wedding is surrounded by art, light and the gentle flow of the river just outside.

The museum's bright, modern building stands on the banks of the Outaragawe Sipi, the rivière L'Assomption, in Joliette.

Its largest space, the Hall Famille Jacques Martin, welcomes up to 200 guests for a cocktail reception, and the museum can host around 100 guests for a seated dinner.

Other rooms include the Espace créatif Desjardins and the Salle Power Corporation du Canada, along with the Terrasse Liliane et David M. Stewart, an outdoor terrace for up to 100 guests.

Couples are free to choose their own caterer, as the museum has no exclusive suppliers. Guests can also be offered a private tour of the current exhibitions for a cultural touch.
