Manoir Davis

At Manoir Davis, a wedding begins on a mountainside terrace with Lac des Sables shimmering below and the Laurentian foothills all around.

This century-old heritage estate sits above Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, where mountains, gardens and water come together. Since 2021 it has been lovingly restored and opened for exclusive rental by a family of cousins devoted to bringing Québec's heritage homes back to life.

Ceremonies take place outdoors on the terrace, which looks out over the lake and the foothills and holds up to 100 guests for vows or cocktails.

Inside, the living room offers floor-to-ceiling lake views and seats 80 for dinner or welcomes 100 for a cocktail reception. A light-filled solarium suits smaller gatherings, and an intimate dining room seats 12.

The manor's original wood mouldings and period fireplaces have been carefully preserved, while the bedrooms have been renovated with plush bedding and spa-inspired bathrooms. The main manor sleeps up to 34 guests, so the whole wedding party can stay on site.

Parking is available for about 50 vehicles, with a charging station on the property.
