Le Cercle Moliere Theatre

Behind a glass façade, the Théâtre Cercle Molière brings together natural light, intimate rooms and the atmosphere of a working theatre.

Founded in 1925, Théâtre Cercle Molière describes itself as the oldest theatre company in Canada, and its home in Winnipeg rents its spaces for private events. Weddings are among the celebrations the Foyer is suited to.

The Foyer offers 1,772 square feet, exceptional natural light and a striking evening lighting system. It accommodates up to 120 guests standing or 60 seated, and bar service is available.

The Studio, at 1,300 square feet, suits smaller gatherings with room for 80 standing or 60 seated. The Theatre itself spans 3,153 square feet with excellent acoustics, holding 140 standing or 120 seated, a memorable setting for speeches, music or a performance.

Couples can bring in a caterer or their own food and drinks. On the day of the event, a green room with a partially equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and microwave, is available for storing food and drinks.

A room manager is present throughout each rental to make sure everything runs smoothly, and the spaces come with advanced lighting and sound systems.
