IMROSE ARBUTUS is a Vancouver wedding venue and planning team offering a boutique, all-inclusive approach, with an intimate space suited to around 30 to 60 guests.

Ceremonies take place on site, and the venue provides multilingual, licensed officiants who can perform civil, religious or spiritual ceremonies in various languages.

Packages are built around the size and shape of the day. A ceremony package suits up to around 60 guests, a ceremony with cocktail reception up to about 50, a ceremony with buffet dinner up to about 40, and a ceremony with afternoon tea up to about 30. There are also very small options, including a private ceremony for up to 10 guests on weekdays.

The all-inclusive packages cover floral arrangements and décor, and couples can even rent a dress and accessories through the venue.

Planning support ranges from month-of and day-of coordination to full planning, with help on timelines, floor plans, seating and vendor coordination.
