Highland Country Club

At Highland Country Club, a wedding reception comes with sweeping views over a historic championship golf course, tucked away yet right in the heart of London.

The member-owned club dates to 1922, the same year its traditional 18-hole course was laid out by the celebrated Canadian designer Stanley Thompson. The clubhouse has been extensively renovated.

Receptions are held in the Grand Highland Hall, which looks out across the course and seats up to 160 guests. The grounds and clubhouse are available for photographs, giving couples a green, peaceful backdrop for portraits.

Menus range from formal dinner receptions to intimate champagne brunches. Couples can choose from the club's list of entrées or design a custom menu with the award-winning executive chef.

The club takes care of setup and take down for both the ceremony and reception, with uniformed service staff and bartenders, white linens and cloth napkins, fine china and silver cutlery, and special tables for gifts and cake. A podium, in-house sound system and microphone are provided, along with complimentary parking and a choice of host or cash bar.

The Events and Catering team works alongside each couple to personalize the details, from the mood of the room to the menu.
