Érablière Charbonneau

A wedding at Érablière Charbonneau brings guests into a solid wood hall surrounded by orchards, with Mont Saint-Grégoire rising behind it.

This family sugar bush in Mont-Saint-Grégoire has made its own maple syrup since 2004, and for more than twenty years hundreds of couples have celebrated here.

Ceremonies can be held outside in the orchard or on the terrace, or indoors when the weather calls for it, followed by cocktails and the reception on site.

The main hall seats up to 250 guests in comfort, and a more intimate space is available for groups of 50 or fewer.

The kitchen serves three or five course banquet menus, hot or cold buffets, and outside the sugaring season a traditional sugar shack meal. Bar service, day of coordination and an on site ceremony can all be added.

Weddings are hosted year round, except during the busy sugaring weeks from late February to late April. Parking is free for more than 200 cars.
